Nursery Practitioner Level 2
We are currently recruiting for our incredible Leapfrog Day Nursery in Central Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children;
- To plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum;
- To observe, assess and record children’s development and progress;
- To build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues;
- To ensure the nursery is kept clean and tidy at all times;
- To work as part of a team to provide excellent care and education to children;
- To support children with their personal care needs as required.

- Educators not just supervisors.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent;
- Experience working in a nursery setting;
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum Excellent communication skills;
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development;
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Day to day you will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of the EYFS;
- Innovate with activities and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development;
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents;
- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Full time
Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum
