The Role

As our Nursery Teacher, you will:

● Create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children aged 3–4 years old;

● Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning;

● Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based and structured activities;

● Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other staff to support each child’s individual needs and foster a love for learning;

● Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards, ensuring each child’s safety and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

● Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) with experience in early years education;

● A genuine passion for early childhood development, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive environment;

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and support staff;

● Patience, creativity, and a sense of humour—plus a willingness to celebrate every small step of progress.
