Early Years Teaching Assistant
Thornton Heath Nursery School provides education and care for children aged between two and four years old. The school is led and managed by The Pegasus Academy Trust for The London Borough of Croydon.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant (31.25 hours a week) – start date is negotiable, term time only.
We are looking for someone with:
- good numeracy and literacy skills;
- the ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and own position within these;
- commitment to equality of opportunity;
- enthusiasm, good communication skills, good time keeping and a commitment to own professional development.
Salary range: Grade 2, point 3 – 5 (FTE : £26,238 – £27,030 pro rata)
